I'm a PMO Lead and automation developer at a professional services firm. My work sits at the intersection of operations, reporting, and technology: connecting systems that weren't designed to talk to each other, automating processes that run on manual effort, and building the data layer that makes both possible.

I came up through Breakthrough Tech AI, a competitive fellowship at UCLA, where I did a case competition with Accenture and earned a machine learning certification from Cornell University. Accenture is where I figured out what I actually wanted to do: not technology for its own sake, and not operations without the technical depth to change them. The combination is what drives the work.

Right now I'm building an API connection between our practice management system and our collections hub, consolidating billing data into a Snowflake layer so reports stop being one-off exports and start being a live data product. I'm automating client intake so a sold opportunity flows from CRM into the practice management system without anyone rekeying it. I'm building an AI chatbot for the firm's website and a separate internal one for HR. I'm automating monthly balanced scorecards for the full staff. Most of these projects started because two systems weren't talking to each other and nobody had connected the dots yet. That's usually where I start.

The firms I work in run on trust: with clients, with regulators, with each other. Automation in that environment has to be reliable, auditable, and built with the constraints in mind, not around them. I build things that actually run inside real organizations with real compliance requirements. That is harder than a demo and more useful than a framework.
